Juliet (Adopted April 2019)

Juliet had suffered major complications following a routine spay. After being rushed to University of Minnesota and undergoing emergency surgery, she accumulated a vet bill of over $5,000.

We asked for your help, and the DRM community rallied behind Juliet. As a result, she is one of many DRM Dobermans that survived only because of your donations.

DRM does not refuse a Doberman based on its veterinary needs, and thanks to kind donations, we don’t need to give up on dogs facing huge financial obstacles due to their care.

Every dog that comes into our program is examined by one of our trusted veterinary clinics, brought current on necessary vaccinations, and any health issues are addressed. In 2019, DRM’s veterinary expenses for dogs in our foster care were over $79,000.

DOLLARS FOR DOBERMANS is simply an altruistic donation to a specific dog in our rescue. We’ll feature a few dogs in our rescue with significant health adversities, and if you’re so inclined, you can add a small donation to your purchase. When your $5 of $10 simple stroke of generosity is combined with the collective generosity of others, a new future is opened up for a dog in severe need.
